Unplanned Patient visits to the hospital can cause a state of anarchy in clinics and hospitals, which in turn can cause discomfort for doctors as well as patients. Considering the ill health of the patients, long waiting hours may give rise to frustrations and even affect the patients’ health. To avoid such situations there has to be a state of governance brought in to surpass the turmoil.

Our Solution

Our Doctor Appointment System equips the doctor with easy to use cloud-based solution to schedule patient appointments, making his and his patient's life more organized and easier. Our solution provides a personalized calendar to a doctor to add his availability for the patients. A doctor can set him In Office, Out Office, Holidays, etc. in his calendar. The doctor can see daily, weekly and monthly views of his calendar.

Patients can visit the system through their browsers and request an appointment with a specific doctor. Doctor [and/or his assistant] get notified through an email and/or SMS/text message of such an appointment. The doctor can either accept the appointment, reject it, or recommend a different time. Accordingly, the patient is notified about the doctor's decision.

Docotors can view their appointments on their personalized dashboard on the solution. Patients can also see their respective appointments [future and past] on their own portal page.

This solution is modular enough to integrate with existing ERP or doctor's/hospital's website easily. If integrated with the ERP/HIMS system, the doctor can patient can pull patient medical history when the patient arrives for the appointment.
